CHOLE BHATURA

The history of Chole Bhature can not be traced but it is for sure that it is originated in the Punjab region of Undivided India. There are lot of controversy about the shape and texture of Bhature but it is for sure that this is from a fermented dough. It is quiet commonly eaten with Choley Masala but the Punjabi’s those who went to Pakistan are still fond of eating Bhature with Pindi Chana which is a speciality of Rawalpindi. We at Rana Cooking School wanted to do a twist with a healthier version of Bhatura and we present Carrot and Green Peas Bhatura with Pindi Chana and Stuffed Fresh Fruit Salsa.
